Her success in leading, building and growing strategic corporate communications and PR efforts extends beyond North America to Europe and Asia. With more than 20 years of PR experience, her creative PR programs in technology, broadcast and healthcare, have attracted attention from industry analysts, trade press and top-tier business press throughout the world. She has strategically led worldwide teams and the communications efforts of public and private companies as they have executed strategic business initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships and launched new products.
As an expert in garnering results Kathleen has worked with technology companies such as LeftHand Networks, McDATA, Intransa, Incentra, Unitrends, Alacritech, and Neoscale. She’s planned large-scale product launches, including press tours and product reviews and has created and implemented corporate image and brand building campaigns with media placements in the Financial Times, CNN/U.S and Asia, Investors Business Daily, eWEEK, ComputerWorld, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek, among others.
As her children’s biggest sports fan, Kathleen keeps busy cheering at their extensive and varied activities. To keep her own rhythm, she rides long distances on her road bike and plays tennis.
Kathleen holds a bachelors degree in technical journalism and a master’s degree in communications management from Colorado State University.
