Account Executive

With more than seven years of agency and corporate public relations experience as well as several years of freelancing, Kristen Keller brings a depth of valuable experience to Ignite’s clients. Experience includes advising clients on strategy and providing support in areas such as media and analyst relations along with drafting winning award entries, news releases, pitch letters, Web content and marketing collateral.

Working with diverse and often complex technologies, Kristen’s strength is the ability to understand industries and concepts quickly, and communicate messages to desired audiences effectively.

Kristen served as Senior Account Executive with MRB Public Relations in N.J., managing multiple client teams. Previously, as a member of Maxtor Corporation’s internal PR team, Kristen’s primary role was manager of the company’s worldwide consumer, desktop and server product reviews programs. In this role, she handled product-related media relations with North American press, aided regions in maintaining consistent product reviews messaging worldwide, and managed relationships with industry partners participating in joint product reviews programs.

Kristen recently joined “This Mommy Gig” as a contributor. Outside the office, Kristen is waiting for another opportunity to skydive, play in the sandbox or go to the park with her two young boys, or to catch a movie with her husband. Kristen holds a BA in Communications from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Indiana University.
