Senior Account Executive, Investor Relations

Larry is a seasoned investor relations executive, having served as the senior investor relations officer for NYSE and NASDAQ traded firms in technology, telecom, healthcare and real estate. During his 30-year career he has participated in IPOs, spin-offs, divestitures and acquisitions of privately held and publicly traded firms.

Larry excels at raising a company’s profile with Wall Street and investors. Having led in-house investor relations programs for many years, he is an expert at both the strategic planning and the tactical execution of communicating with investors, analysts and employees. Larry is a skilled writer, adept at authoring press releases, presentations, fact sheets, conference call scripts, annual reports and crisis communications plans. An effective communicator with all audiences, Larry works closely with executive management, the financial community, boards of directors, rating agencies, investment bankers and print and broadcast media.

Larry’s experience has given him a deep understanding of investor requirements and what resonates with this audience. This knowledge enables him to anticipate investor reaction to planned activities – such as growth initiatives, product launches, capital spending, and M&A, and to counsel management on how best to communicate its plans.

Larry has served three terms as president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and more than10 years as a board member. He received a master of science in management degree from Purdue University and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
