Senior Account Director, New Media
Elaine Schoch is a new media enthusiast with more than a decade of expertise in both B2B and B2C public relations, social media and marketing communications. Elaine has extensive experience directing social media and counseling clients on how best to maximize their online efforts.
Before moving to agency public relations, Elaine led the in-house public relations and marketing communications efforts for ServiceMagic.com, an online service that connects consumers with prescreened and customer-rated home improvement contractors. She was responsible for developing and implementing all public relations and marketing communications strategies and initiatives, as well as various online marketing campaigns. During her tenure with the company it was acquired by IAC/InterActiveCorp.
Elaine has developed and implemented integrated public relations campaigns worldwide and has generated proven results for high-tech B2B and consumer clients including Intransa, Western Union, Home Depot, Qwest Communications, Texas Instruments, Amazon.com and St. John. Elaine’s programs have been recognized with multiple awards from the Public Relations Society of America. Elaine also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado in Boulder where she taught the Introduction to Public Relations.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism with an emphasis on public relations and a minor in marketing from The University of North Texas in Denton.
