Senior Account Executive
With more than 15 years of corporate communications experience in IT security, storage networking and telecommunications, Jil is constantly experimenting with traditional communication tools and emerging social media channels to optimize awareness for her clients. Jil started her career in news radio and public policy and remains a journalist and activist at heart. For the last 15 years she had built and executed successful public relations and social media programs for a broad range of public and private technology and software companies. Most recently, Jil established and led the corporate communications efforts at Ping Identity. While at Ping, she raised the company’s profile through regular coverage in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes magazine and other leading business and trade publications. At Ping she also built a social media practice that drives more than 20,000 visitors to the company’s website each month. Past clients include Brocade Communications, McDATA Corporation, Chaparral Network Storage, SNIA, Time Warner Telecom and others.
A Texas-native, Jil has a penchant for boots and cowgirl hats and is a college football fanatic. When she’s not working, you can find her horse camping (anywhere that’s out of cell range), or working on “the dream ranch” with her husband and daughter.
Jil attended the University of North Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in Radio, Television and Film with a minor in Journalism.
